The brief called for the creation of a modern, spacious dining environment that would welcome customers by providing both comforting familiarity and a sense of adventure.

The design has delivered a natural and relaxing, yet completely up-to-date environment that perfectly complements the dining experience. This was achieved through use of contemporary glass panelling combined with traditional woods and rustic textures as well as the clever use of light with high ceilings.
